- Account creation: first name, last name, email address, company name, business type, city.
- Billing: company name, billing address. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe and does not transit through our servers.
- AI visibility tracking data: business name, website, keywords, prompts, and queries you enter into the Service.
- Communications: content of messages you send us via contact form or email.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, date and time of connection, session duration, traffic source.

2.3 Data from third parties
When you use the Service to analyze your AI visibility, we query third-party AI engines; their generated responses are stored and associated with your account.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control, access logging, and regular backups. In the event of a data breach likely to result in high risk to your rights, we will notify you without undue delay.
